All categories of hotels in Slovakia, we can recomand this hotel!.We spent 4 nights in January 2012th

Registration: fast and very friendly service, arriving 3:30 pm), all the information that they had a system when the big day came after half a car traveling in two children :-) Welcome drink in the lobby bar.

Breakfast: 3 stages there, one of the typical hotel hot buffet, lunch menu, eggs, hot ham, suasage, beans, porridge. Secondly, cheese, fruits, vegetables, local cheeses and homemade sweet really nice bonus as a special corner for children and poeple with gluten-free diet meal, the third - ham, rolls, bread, etc., and fresh juice from apples and carrots every day! Very comfortable, tea / coffee service and baby chair, our 20-month-old daughter. Rooms: Newly renovated, high-quality materials, mini-bar, complimentary entrance to the resort area, games room, sauna world, etc. We had a special bath towel, all is well developed extra bed and baby crib.

Lunch: quallity meals and excellent gastronomy services to choose from 3 adults and 2 children, a salad bar, main dish of sweet corner again.

Activities: hotel daily animation for children in different ways, we try to mini-disco in the evening, the staff (Miss and a young man) was very friendly, the children were really happy! Every evening, they invite us into a Minnie Mouse, funny :-) near the ski resort of Jasna is easy right from the hotel parking lot (the hotel) ski buses per hour, is definitely a great service. The drivers are wonderful and friendly behavior of professionals ready to assist you with everythink for children such as a wheelchair)!
Massages hotel is a very good price, but not too much, as in many hotels!

Be very careful about the official school of Jasna ski resort, we bought our son's lessons for 4.5 years of age, he speaks Czech and Slovak speak English very well and the main children of this age level, the instructor had spoken Bulgarian, English and Russian languages, but none tell us about it before! We try to speak Czech or Slovak woman, but absolutelly schocked do not understand! We are talking about it with the duty manager, he promises to be reduced, and we make changes, but only a promise ...

36EUR / 2 hours. They are certainly not cheap, funny ...

Check-out: very fast, the whole day was a very nice lady.

Its a great place to get acquainted with the Slovak mountains, as we remember how terrible the service there was 5-7 years ago. This hotel is definitely a great choice because they know what families with children who need help!
